Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Elliot Ujvari EI, trading as MAAKE Agency, 1 Rue du Lantissargues, 34070 Montpellier, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@maakeagency.com.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer (Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

What this site collects

This site has no forms, no audience measurement and no advertising trackers. Our own pages set no cookies and read nothing stored on your device, so they do not ask for your consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).

You only share personal data with us when you choose to: by writing to us, by booking a call or by working with us.

The Offers page shows our booking calendar, loaded from Cal.com when you open that page. To load it, Cal.com sets one technical cookie (__cf_bm, from its Cloudflare protection against bots, kept 30 minutes). What you enter in the calendar goes to Cal.com, under its own privacy policy.

Who receives your data

Only us. We don’t sell, rent or share your data for advertising. Our providers process it on our behalf and under contract:

  • Vercel Inc., United States: hosting of the site;
  • OVH SAS, Roubaix, France: our mailbox;
  • Cal.com, Inc., United States: call booking.
  • Google Ireland Limited, Ireland: the call itself, on Google Meet.

We may also have to share data with an authority that has the legal power to ask for it.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel Inc. and Cal.com, Inc. are based in the United States. The transfer relies on the safeguards set by the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission, or its standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a portable format, or object to its use (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also leave instructions about what happens to your data after your death (Article 85 of the French Data Protection Act).

Write to contact@maakeagency.com. We answer within one month. If we have a reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask you to prove it.

If you think we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Only the people working on your request can read your data.
