×6 revenue since 2024, with €0 on ads

CYKL designs and assembles titanium bikes in Montpellier. It belongs to the MAAKE group, like our agency. Everything we now sell to other bike brands, from the store to the AI agents, ran on CYKL first.

Selling titanium bikes after the Covid boom

In 2024, CYKL assembled its bikes in a 50 m² garage and took about ten orders a month: a few bikes, and even fewer components.

After the Covid boom, the bike market collapsed. It is only just recovering, and most small brands are still struggling. At most titanium framebuilders, you wait months for a frame, sometimes more than a year. CYKL keeps its whole range in stock, from frames to forks. Anything out of stock goes on preorder, with the lead time shown on the product page.

We brought in the methods of the most advanced DTC brands in beauty and fashion. We started with the website in September 2024, then took on one project after another.

Eight projects, in the order we ran them

Each project comes with its own proof. Where we now offer the same work to other brands, a link takes you to the offer.

    The website, rebuilt from scratch

In 2024, CYKL’s website had been built on a small budget. The homepage opened on a dark menu and a frame kit, with nothing to suggest bikes at ≈ €6,000. We kept the logo and the core identity, and rebuilt everything else, from the homepage to each product page. When a part is out of stock, the product page shows a preorder and its lead time, from 5 to 40 days depending on the part. The customer pays when ordering, so CYKL doesn’t tie up cash in those parts.

Social media and influencers, shot on site

We are based in Montpellier, close to the workshop. We took over CYKL’s social media and shot the content on site, then ran an influencer campaign at the end of 2024. This work needs someone at the workshop, so we don’t offer it as a service.

In December 2024, CYKL made more than twenty times its August revenue.

SEO and GEO, on Google and in AI answers

We worked on the pages riders read before they buy. CYKL was founded in 2022. It now ranks for long-tail searches on titanium bikes and bikepacking, on Google and in AI assistants, against much older brands. With an AOV around €1,000, it doesn’t need huge traffic to make ≈ €50k a month.

All of the traffic is organic. Nearly 3,000 queries rank in Google’s top 10, and more than half of clicks come from non-branded searches.

    Email flows, starting from zero

In 2024, CYKL sent no emails at all. We set up the flows (welcome, abandoned cart, abandoned configuration), then the launch campaigns.

Klaviyo attributes ≈ 25% of revenue over 12 months to email, and more than a third in the last quarter.

    B2B, on the same store

Since November 2025, dealers order on CYKL’s Shopify store with a trade account. They see the same catalogue as retail customers. We haven’t pushed this channel yet, because other projects came first.

The B2B AOV is almost twice the B2C AOV.

    The configurator, built on Kickflip

Since March 2026, customers build their bike option by option. The render and the price change with each choice. Some spend an hour on it and compare several builds before they ask for a quote. We built the whole thing on Kickflip, down to the photo layers prepared in Photoshop, one per frame, fork and finish. Configurators are one of our specialities, and we design them for upsell. Each option a customer adds goes into the order at its own price.

A bike sold on a quote brings in ≈ €6,000 on average.

    Launches, at full price

Since 2024, we have launched two bikes and three components. CYKL runs no Black Friday and no clearance sales, so its customers have no reason to wait for a discount before they buy.

    AI agents, alongside the team

Since August 2026, AI agents have been working for CYKL. They track stock, write the pages for new products, watch competitors and prepare the numbers. We built the stock tracking together with Antoine: each bike sold takes its parts off stock, through its bill of materials.

More than 1,000 tasks in two weeks, 99.8% without error. About twenty product pages written in September.

In the words of CYKL’s founder

In 2024, we were assembling our bikes in a 50 m² garage. We rebuilt the website from scratch, then relaunched our social media, then set up AI agents that help us with everything from marketing to the supply chain. That’s saved us several hires. Today we have 700 m², and the online store is what got us here.
